Adult Social Evenings…
Why not join us for our Adult Social Nights which now run weekly in 3 of our locations; Green Community (Motor City) – Wednesdays, 8.30-10pm, Fitness First (Arabian Ranches 2) – Mondays, 8.30-10pm and Fitness First (The Lakes) – Tuesdays, 8-10pm. This is an opportunity to play with a number of different people. Everybody welcome; we play singles and doubles matches across several courts. A great way to meet people and play socially. Amnity University – Elite High Performance Centre opening soon!
Rackets Academy is in the process of setting up an Elite High Performance Centre. This opportunity will initially be offered to a select group of elite tennis athletes in the region. It will be the most comprehensive package that a player needs to give them the best opportunity to become a professional tennis player. We are putting together a highly experienced team of professionals that will support each player in every part of their game and create a pathway to success. Watch this space!

Coach Sean’s Tip of the Week: Hit Recover
“So many players will hit a ball, then watch the ball and compliment themselves on the shot. From now on you must hit and recover.
I suggest you watch the pros- it actually looks like the pros are recovering in the middle of their hit. I don’t suggest going to that extreme; just hit, finish and get back to position. Good luck!”
