Certified coach by Spanish Federation, Raduan accumulates more than 15 years of coaching experience. Born in Tenerife , he began his tennis journey on the island working on some tennis clubs, including Sanchez – Casal Academy (Abama Resort). Driven by his passion for tennis he moved to India in 2014 as Coordinator of the Rafa Nadal Foundation. There, he coached children and trained local staff in modern coaching methodologies.
In 2016, he joined the coaching team at the newly established Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca, guided by Toni Nadal, dedicating 4 years to develop players from U12 to Juniors, and traveling globally for tournaments and clinics. Following the opening of the Rafa Nadal Academy in Kuwait in 2020, he expanded his coaching expertise throughout the Middle East, developing new tennis projects and coaching some national tennis team players. He also conducted Tennis Camps in the USA, South America and Europe.
