Miha started his tennis journey in Slovenia at the tender age of 4. During his junior career, he was a constant member of the Slovenian national team and represented his country in European Championships on multiple occasions (Moscow, Valencia, Ptuj). He has multiple national titles, but his proudest achievement is a silver medal he won at the Youth Olympic Festival in Belgrade.
After an injury set back, he learned the importance of expanding one’s knowledge and getting out of the comfort zone. He transitioned into tennis coaching and went on to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from School of Economics and Business, at University of Ljubljana.
Over the past 10+ years, he has been working as a tennis coach and hitting partner for junior and performance players (ages 12-20) and a private coach for tennis players of all ages and levels.
He also co-founded a tennis club Top Tenis Sentvid in Ljubljana, Slovenia. In recent years, Miha has traveled extensively as a traveling performance coach, mostly focusing on Tennis Europe and ITF events all over the globe.
His personal passion for traveling also led him to Sydney, Australia as part of a University exchange program. While studying, he gained valuable international experience working as a tennis coach and hitting partner in an upscale country club (Cooper Park).
He recently returned from his latest venture in Maldives, where he spent more than a year working as a resident tennis pro at a luxury 5 star resort (One & Only + Vakkaru), providing tennis and padel lessons to vacationing enthusiasts of all ages, levels and nationalities.
He has an excellent knowledge of English and Serbian/Croatian language, as well as a very basic understanding of Russian.
Miha is very passionate about making people fall in love with the beautiful game of tennis and helping them reach their full potential, while having fun in the process.
